Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

 Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you

 know your order is on the way!

 STORE PICKUP - First Floor 30 River Street, Truro, TR1 2SJ

 Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:30 AM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for you to collect.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Majority of parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and are aimed to be posted on the within 3 working days. Standard shipping starts at £2.35 and can increase due to weight or value. We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, but must have been notified of the return. If item is damaged or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible and we will organise a return. If item is in original condition when posted we will refund you the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
